Rental terms: on booking 30% deposit, final balance 8 weeks before arrival and 230 Euros for damage deposit for the Guest house and for the entiere property: 1000 Euros.returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages at all.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival for the entire Property.
Linen, towels and utilities are included.Please bring pool towels .Housekeeping is included .

Electric heating is included from March to November.

Daily house cleaning service and cooking can be arranged but an extra cost.
